If you believe content on a DSP infringes your copyright, here is the process for submitting a claim through Madverse.
11.3.1 What qualifies as a claim Madverse can act on
A claim that another party has used your copyrighted recording or composition without authorization — for example, an unauthorized sample, an uncleared cover distributed as if it were original, or unauthorized redistribution of your full recording under another name.
11.3.2 What evidence is needed
- Proof of your ownership (your original release's UPC/ISRC, or your registered composition details)
- The specific infringing content — links, platform, and where it appears
- A description of how the content infringes (exact match, unauthorized sample, etc.)
11.3.3 Submission flow
11.3.4 Timeline
Initial review typically completes within a few business days; platform-level resolution (the DSP or YouTube actually acting on the claim) can take longer and is outside Madverse's direct control once escalated.
