4.15 - Why Is My Release Live on Some Platforms but Not Others?

Staggered go-live across different platforms is normal and expected — each DSP ingests delivered content on its own independent schedule.

4.15.1 Why this happens

Once Madverse delivers a release, each individual platform processes that delivery through its own ingestion pipeline, on its own timeline. A release confirmed live on Spotify can reasonably take several additional days to appear on Apple Music, JioSaavn, or other platforms — this is not an error in delivery, it's normal variance in how independently each DSP processes incoming content.

4.15.2 What to check first

Check your Madverse dashboard status (3.1). If it shows Live, Madverse's delivery to that platform was successful — the remaining delay is on the platform's own ingestion side.

4.15.3 When to escalate

If a specific platform still hasn't shown the release after 14 days from a confirmed Live dashboard status, contact Madverse support with the release UPC for that platform specifically.
