10.9.1 Where to enter a code
At checkout during signup or plan purchase, there's a Promo Code field — enter the code before completing payment.
10.9.2 Restrictions
- Most codes apply only to new subscriptions, not renewals of an existing plan
- Codes typically cannot be combined — only one promo code applies per transaction
- Codes may be plan-specific (Creator-only or Professional-only) or have a minimum commitment term
10.9.3 If a code doesn't apply
Check the code's specific terms (often shown where you received it) for expiry date and plan restrictions before contacting support — most non-application issues are due to a restriction rather than a system error.
