Royalty Statements show earnings by artist, DSP, or album. Wallet balance and Cash Out live under Finance → Transactions — not Statements.
Who can access Statements
- You need an active paid distribution plan (Creator, Professional, Enterprise, or legacy paid plans).
- Label roster artists only see Statements if the label admin enabled finance access on the invite.
- Accounts downgraded to Madverse Vibe cannot view Statements until they upgrade again.
Desktop web
- Sign in to Madverse.
- In the left sidebar, open Finance.
- Click Statements (
/finance/earnings).
Mobile browser
- Open Finance from the menu.
- Tap the Statements tab.
Madverse app
- Open the bottom Analytics tab.
- Go to Finance → Statements.
The three tabs
Every paid account uses the same Statements page with Artist Payouts, DSP Payouts, and Album Payouts. Use Download Statement on each tab for a detailed royalty CSV.
Timing
Sales reporting is typically about ~4 months behind real-time streaming. New data often appears in the first week of each month.
