A specific, common scenario — discovering your own song distributed by someone else without your authorization — with a direct resolution path.
11.4.1 This is a copyright infringement claim, with a specific evidence profile
This scenario follows the general claim process in 11.3, with specific evidence that's usually decisive: your own original recording session files, prior release history (if you'd previously distributed it yourself), or any documentation establishing you as the original creator.
11.4.2 Submission
Use the same Copyright Claim flow described in 11.3.3, specifically noting that the infringing release appears to be your own unreleased or previously released work redistributed without your authorization — this framing helps Madverse's rights team prioritize and route the claim correctly.
11.4.3 If the unauthorized release is also live on Madverse itself
If someone has fraudulently distributed your song through their own Madverse account (rather than a different platform entirely), report this specifically — Madverse can investigate and take direct platform-level action against the offending account, which is a faster path than an external DSP claim.
