Complete identity verification before bank details, withdrawals, and some upload or publishing flows.
KYC (Know Your Customer) confirms your legal identity on Madverse. It is separate from subscription billing and separate from Publishing document uploads for PRO/IPI registration.
India — DigiLocker (Aadhaar)
- Open Finance → Transactions or start Upload Music when prompted.
- Enter your legal first and last name exactly as on your Aadhaar card.
- Keep your Aadhaar ready. A phone number on your profile is required.
- Complete verification in DigiLocker (Powered by DigiLocker), then return to Madverse and tap Continue.
International — Veriff (photo ID)
- Enter your legal name as on your government photo ID.
- Complete the Veriff session in a new browser tab (Powered by Veriff).
- When approved, return to Madverse to continue.
If verification fails or is pending
- Rejected: tap Try again with correct details and a valid ID.
- Under processing: wait and refresh, or tap Reopen KYC verification.
Madverse Enterprise labels may be treated as already KYC-approved in the app — you still need bank details for payouts.
