After KYC and bank details are complete, withdraw wallet balance from Finance → Transactions using Cash Out.
Before you cash out
- KYC must be approved.
- Bank details must be saved — for India, bank + PAN verification must succeed.
- Your Available to Cash Out balance must meet the minimum (₹2,000 for India, $50 international).
How to request a withdrawal
- Sign in and open Finance → Transactions (mobile app: Analytics → Finance → Transactions).
- Tap Cash Out on the earnings card.
- Enter an amount (partial withdrawals are allowed above the minimum).
- India only: confirm or verify GSTIN in the dialog if applicable.
- Review fees and tax lines, then confirm. You should see: Request received. Check your email for details.
After you submit
- Track status in your transaction history (pending, processing, completed, failed).
- Transfers are typically processed within about 7 working days.
- Each royalty-split payee withdraws from their own wallet — label admins do not receive collaborators' shares.
Bank details for payouts are not the same as the card or UPI used to pay for your Madverse plan.
